When you call to schedule an initiation appointment, a pet sitter will be chosen for you, and I will accompany your petsitter to the initiation visit. I will then be on call during the time when you are away in case of emergency or any other problem that might arise. I have full confidence in the pet sitters that I employ, but I do believe in maintaining a professional, face to face relationship with my clients.
